Club Details
Club is a great opportunity for your child to meet old friends and make new ones in a friendly, family atmosphere.
It’s usually open during each of KCC’s school holidays and is available to any schoolchild up to the age of 12 who has attended our Nursery in the past, although this latter restriction has been relaxed during these strange times.
We’re open from 8am to 6pm.
Children are served a main meal at lunchtime, cooked on the premises, and two further snacks (morning and afternoon).
The cost is £30 per day, which is payable in advance.
Our Club days are usually well-organised pandemonium! But we do try to make them special and enjoyable for everyone.
Each Club is overseen and ‘manned’ by our wonderful Nursery staff and during the Summer we normally give students the opportunity to join us for some hands-on experience.
Booking a place
Places are limited, so it’s best to book as early as you can.
We would hope to accommodate every parent’s wishes, but this is not always possible and places are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Bookings are normally taken from 4 to 6 weeks before the start date of each Club. Just email James Wallace with your preferred dates.
Having said all this, we can often accommodate children at short notice, so you are welcome to request a place (or places) at any time during Club.
And you can book as many days as you like; one or two . . . or the whole time it’s open. It’s up to you.
Invoicing
When we receive your booking you will be sent an invoice forthwith by way of confirmation. This needs to be paid before Club starts.
Changing your booked dates
You are more than welcome to request a change to your booked dates at any time, but please bear in mind that, as we approach the start of Club, it might not be possible.
Cancelling your booked dates
You may cancel any date(s) up to two weeks ahead of the booked date(s) and receive a credit. If you cancel within two weeks of the booked date(s) you will not receive a credit and will be expected to pay your invoice in full.
Please remember
- Ensure your child is dressed for the weather.
- Bring sun cream and/or pullovers, sun hats and/or balaclavas as the case may be.
- Snacks and lunch are provided, but you may bring a packed lunch.
- Due to allergies NO NUTS TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE NURSERY.
- No electronic equipment which allows access to the internet may be used at the Nursery.
- Photos/videos must not be taken by children or parents.
- No mobile phones.
- No music is to be played by children when other children can hear.
- Only videos/DVDs with a U or PG rating will be played.
