Vodafone erroneously instructed BT to disconnect our phone line from today!  No phone and no email . . . . for up to ten working days; the time it’ll take BT to set up a new connection.  Unbelievable.
They’re delivering a mobile WiFi hotspot tomorrow (whatever that is!) which will get us back onto the internet and emails.  And our nursery mobile line (07341 921064) will be active from first thing tomorrow morning.
So, many apologies for our non-communicativeness today, but we’ll be up and running again (sort of) tomorrow.
And if there’s anyone high up in Vodafone reading this, please ask your colleagues to buck their ideas up . . . .  or words to that effect.
