NHS launch ‘Better Health’

If you’re anything like me you will have picked up one or two bad habits over the past four or five months (can it really be that long?) . . . I’m talking about snacking, drinking too much and not getting enough exercise, despite a very tidy garden!

Well, the NHS have just launched a new website and apps to help us get back to our normal litheness – to the ‘racing snake hips’ as the late, lamented Terry Wogan might have said.

The site is kicking off with a focus on weight and the many ways weight loss can be achieved, but it also looks at ways to get active and eat better.

I recommend it.
