Well, the NHS have just launched a new website and apps to help us get back to our normal litheness – to the ‘racing snake hips’ as the late, lamented Terry Wogan might have said.
The site is kicking off with a focus on weight and the many ways weight loss can be achieved, but it also looks at ways to get active and eat better.
I recommend it.
